Healthy snacks don’t need to be complicated!

Morning tea shouldn’t be a meal, but it also doesn’t have to be overly fancy. Simple can be satisfying. 


Fruit, yogurt, nuts as a topping and you’re done. 


I usually go for plain yogurt but decided to try this one with strawberry and blueberry added. Just a dollop on top of some pear, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries plus some sliced almonds and voilà! (This may last me until later than my usual lunch time...!)


And, of course, don’t forget your water.
