Wine-Down Wednesdays - watch for it!

Life is all about balance.


Work hard. Play hard. Enjoy a glass of wine occasionally on a school night. 


That's how the saying goes, right?  


Studies have found that drinking a glass of wine (or two - and preferably red) daily can boost your immune system, make you live longer and reduce your chances of Dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Cheers to that!


Now, obviously, as with anything else in life, moderation is key. Wine, and especially champagne, can have a high sugar content, which means too much and you could be undoing all that good work from your pilates class!


But a single glass can be enjoyable, in addition to being beneficial. 


My husband and I are always on the lookout for a new wine, a good wine, a great wine, an amazing wine! We've visited winery cellar doors in Australia, France, South Africa, New Zealand, Canada and the U.S. We're not experts, but we have some opinions, and I plan on sharing those on here with you.


Because life is about balance, so my website will be too.
