I enjoyed my pilates classes so much that I decided to get my own certification (through Studio Pilates International) and share my passion for pilates with others.
Since my initial certification, I've completed additional certifications to specialise in Pilates for Pregnancy (pre- and post-natal) and Pilates for Back Pain. I've also completed the Studio Pilates Small Pilates Ball Course and the Merrithew Total Barre® Instructor Training.
I’m known for my dedication to my clients and a unique and inspirational instructing style which usually includes some laughter. I believe workouts can be as fun as they are challenging, and I ensure that my clients leave feeling energised, refreshed and, well, happy!
